I encountered a noisy disturbance from hammering work every morning, starting at 9 AM. Despite these issues, the location was excellent, close to many attractions. They should improve staff hospitality and bathroom maintenance to enhance the stay for future guests. I had issues with housekeeping as well. it felt sporadic. Overall, the hotel has potential, but they need to address several maintenance and guest service aspects to truly shine.
